All through my career I've always been sales, sales, sales, and was a regular winner of sales awards in previous companies - SPOTYs, SPOTMs, MOTYs and TOTYs! As Ricochet Director, I'm always looking to grow (personally and professionally, as physically I'm stuck on 5ft 5 1/2). I started Ricochet with a desire to treat our employees how I would always wish to be treated.

Like many others, I fell into a career in media sales, working for a large B2B publisher in London where I met Jamie before going on to set up Ricochet. Since then, I've been lucky to work with some brilliant people - Ricochet is a great team! I started off my early days in sales selling Haven Holidays which I loved!
